General Medicare Education

Whether you’re new to Medicare or you’ve had coverage for a while, it can still be difficult to understand it all! We provide general education on how the parts of Medicare work, the differences between Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicare Supplements, enrollment periods and Special Election Periods (SEPs), the dreaded “donut hole”, drug formularies, and much more!

Plan Education & Comparisons

Because we are an “independent” agency, we are not tied to any one insurance carrier. Instead, we have relationships with multiple reputable insurance carriers which allows us to offer our clients a variety of plan options to choose from. We work with you to compare plans and find coverage that meets your unique healthcare needs, lifestyle, and budget.

At Care Compass, we are your advocates. Although we help guide you through the Medicare process, our first priority is client education. We want to make sure YOU understand and feel comfortable with the plan you choose.

Prescription Drug Assistance

We recommend reviewing your Medicare coverage every year during the Annual Enrollment Period which runs from October 15th to December 7th. During this review, we will evaluate your current coverage to determine if it still meets your healthcare needs and budget.

Enrollment Assistance

Once we’ve compared plans and discussed them thoroughly, we will assist you in enrolling in your new plan. We will then review, in depth, all of the plan’s benefits to ensure you are getting the most out of your health coverage.
