  • No, our services are always provided at no cost to you! We are compensated by the insurance companies for our time and services.

  • We provide personalized guidance to help you find the coverage that fits your unique needs and budget. We help you understand and compare your plan options as well as provide assistance with enrolling in Medicare Parts A&B, general Medicare education, plan enrollment services, annual plan reviews, and suggestions on ancillary coverage. Check out our “Services” page for more information.

  • Your personalized “Care at No Cost” consultation is a brief 30-45 minute phone call or in-person meeting where we will learn more about your needs, current coverage, and your healthcare priorities. By doing so, we will be better able to determine plans that fit your unique situation.

    Please have the following items available for our initial consultation call:

    • Red, White and Blue Medicare card (if applicable)

    • Membership card for any other insurance you have (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, private health insurance through an employer, etc.)

    • If you would like us to check your medications against plan formularies as well as your current providers (recommended), please bring along a list of your current medications (with quantity and frequency) and a list of your current physicians (PCP, specialists, dentist, etc.)

    Please also consider the following questions prior to our call:

    • What plan do you have NOW?

    • What do you ENJOY about your current plan?

    • What would you ADD/ALTER?

    • Are you DECISION maker? (Is there someone else who helps you with your healthcare decisions?)

    • What is your budget?

    • Are there any other benefits that may interest you?

    At the conclusion of our call, we will schedule a Plan Enrollment meeting to evaluate your plan options, assist you with plan enrollment, and review your plan benefits for the upcoming year.

    Please note: If there is someone who helps you make decisions about your healthcare, please ask them to be present for the meetings.

  • Working with a local Medicare agent will provide you with personalized service, knowledge of local providers and plans, and access to a variety of plans. Of course, we provide ongoing support throughout the year, not just during the Annual Enrollment Period!

  • We recommend reviewing your Medicare coverage every year during the Annual Enrollment Period which runs from October 15th to December 7th. During this time, you can make changes to your coverage, switch plans, or enroll in a new plan. We conduct annual reviews to evaluate current coverage and make any necessary changes during this time. Of course, we also provided ongoing support throughout the entire year, not just during AEP!

  • We offer virtual and in-person appointments. In-person appointments are preferred, and are conducted at our office located at 1644 Plank Road, Duncansville, PA (inside the Webber Advisors Office Building).

  • If you have a problem with your Medicare coverage, we can help you navigate the process and work with the insurance company to resolve the issue. We are here to be your advocate and ensure you receive the coverage you are entitled to.
