STANDALONE PART D COVERAGE: CHECK YOUR MEDICATION COVERAGE ON MEDICARE.GOV
Your prescription drug coverage can change from year to year, so we highly encourage every client with a stand-alone Part D prescription drug plan (PDP) to check their coverage for 2027. Tara has put together a step-by-step Medicare.gov video that walks you through entering your medications, choosing your preferred pharmacy, and reviewing how your Part D options compare. It’s an easy way to see whether your coverage still fits before the December 7 deadline.

IF YOUR PLAN IS TERMINATING...
Many clients in our community have been affected by plan terminations. If your plan is ending or leaving your service area, we will review your information and recommend the best coverage for next year! If you returned the paperwork that was requested by Care Compass, you should have received an email confirming that we received it. Tara is working through these high-disruption reviews in the order the documents were received, and we’ll continue moving as quickly as we can. We truly appreciate your patience while we carefully work through each client’s situation! |
IF YOUR PLAN IS CONTINUING IN 2027, BUT YOU’RE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO...

Start with your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC). Open Enrollment gives you the opportunity to make a change, but it doesn’t mean you necessarily need to. Start by reviewing your ANOC and if your coverage and the upcoming changes still work for you, your plan can continue into 2027 with no action needed. If you’d still like a general review, please use our secure online form. General reviews will begin after high-disruption reviews are complete, likely in mid-November.
